Changes to the Current Procurement Regulatory Framework

This past summer, the federal government (with the provinces and European Union) released the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).

A number of changes have been made to current procurement processes at the University of Toronto as a result of these trade agreements.
