Please be advised that as of September 8, 2015 the Purchase Order template will change as follows:

  • New format (portrait print, revised font)
  • Incorporation by reference of the University’s General Terms and Conditions of Purchase

This change will not impact your ability to issue Purchase Orders from your location and according to policy.
